The Expendabels 2 movie review

          Old aged Action hero's ...muscle macho's showed some guts and there is still some action left in them with the Expendables... it too reached the raw action audience ..they lapped up the movie..Now with Simon West directing for Stallone screenplay..Expendables 2 carried of good mouth talk...

Story

            Barney Ross(Stallone) and his team( Stathem, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews, Jetli) gets in the mercinary camp near Nepal and rescue a Chinese Billianore from the army..they also Rescue Trench (Arnold) in the site who was also in to mission...After some bombs..bullets...blood shed they complete the mission by killing hundreds of people( not even a single bullet piercing through heroes....??)..reach home safe..where Ross listens to future plans of Snipper(Liam Hemsworth) and his love life..

        Then enters Mr church( Bruce wills) who gets the help of Expendables for another mission to bring back a blu print of a cave where plutonium is abundent which may be used for wrong reasons..He also sends a woman with  him...all is well until group of baddies with Vilan( Van-Damm) heading a group takes the blue print and kills the young snipper...Now it is the time for them to search blue print cave and get back the plutonium to save hands..also revenge for the buddy' death..booker(Chuck Norris) and Trench also joins in the middle ..last is bloody-noisy guns and bullets killing hundreds of baddies..completes the mission...

Strengths

          It is great to see all the action heroes who entertained in 80's and 90's in the screen...all of them have enough space ...Jetli kick fights..Stathom..kick ass stunts...Lundgren..heroic-humorous lines..Chuck norris BGM..Arnold and Terry crews Macho...and Stallone great body ..stunts are showcased very well in the movie...the one liner..pulling down the legs of their members.. and funny dialogues which is biggest plus of Stallone movies are there in Expendables...First fights where the rescue the Chinese man is breath taking.....But Arnold, Stallone, Liam hems worth made better impact...Schwarzenegger’s return to action movies and might be pleased that the brief role of Trench is a perfect fit, adorned with some of the best dialogue in the script.Van Dam as villain dutifully done the role with great charisma..

         Location are awesome ...Albania mountains..Russian villages, the cave and Nepal dam ,boat chase place keeps your eyes wide open....Photography is skillful   ..Brian soundtrack ..and music for the movie is overwhelming ..where few graphics are adorable for this small budgeted action flick...the action choreography never disappoints. Numerous gunfights, combat set pieces and fight scenes are muscularly staged.Simon west carries of the hard-boiled action movie with elan...

Weakness

          The story is limping after few minutes and it fully depends on bullets and gun...aircraft's, tankers, and vehicle pileups..gets overboard after some time..Frequent shoot outs and mindless punches with knife and violence..blood sheds killings make the movie more clumsy and confused....full of brawn but less of brain...no one gets killed ...( lot of flowers in the ears...)screen play is aimed at the action lovers..but a little tricky scenes would  have made this action movie memorable one..

 The heroes may get old ..but their stunts, physique, attitude, personality..screenpresence and risk at action should need a pat...Simple movie-goers enjoying the super hero movies should know what is raw action means...Expendables show it..

Verdict:4.5/10( 2 for the big cast, 1 for location, 1 for photography and .5 for stunts)
