Story
Story starts in 1999, Zurich where lot of celebrities gather for party and Tony stark( Robert) is into it..where a man from a company looks tidy, introduce himself him to Tony and wants to work jointly to bring up his company..but Stark rejects it..then story travels in the present ..where Tony is still in the hangover of Avengers where he believes aliens are still in the world and his titanium???? heart has trouble with his life and relationship with pepper pots( Gwynath Paltrow) is also getting greedy...
Where as Terrorist named Mandarin( Ben Kingston challenges Americans that a new rage of war is to begin .... he even threatens the president of US with his video...raves that no body can stop him from his attack...where has the guy who met Stark in Zurich is completely changed and comes to meet Pepper for JV of his new products which incepts the brain and nerves ..though she rejects ,Stark's good friend Happy follows him..finds a dangerous plan but gets injured in a blast,,goes coma...Stark even challenges gives his address to terrorist to fight against him....unknowingly his house and his place are attacked by the terrorist and left lonely with his iron man suit.. lands very far of thousand kilometer from his home...how Stark with help of his best friend protects the nation,understand humanity Vs weapon...leads to the great climax...what is the dangerous weapon? how Stark overcomes with his team , friend and defeat the evil saves the nation once again as one man army forms the rest of the story....
Strengths
It is undoubtedly the Robert Downy.... Messiah of the Iron man super hero movie...his timing in the dialogues one liners, easy going attitude, love towards pepper pots and his suit, friendship, passionate citizen & his performance unimaginable...fantastic ...The superhero costume makes him super hero world wide...rest of the casting is brilliant with Ben Kingsley proving his prowess with witty one liners, Guy Pierce as baddie, Gwynath , beautiful pepper pots are great in their roles
Technically , the movies VFX is mind boggling, ...that too in the action scenes...the best part of the movie is action sequences ..the thirteen members saving from the blast planes by Tony, rocket launchers damaging his house at Malibu..making his place a dirty trash, and the climax in the harbor .fight in the containers were all his inventions comes to rescue is just WOW!!!!. Incredible ..photography is at its best..capturing all the action scenes and awful location needs a special mention..the music is bang and it takes the movie without fumbling the screenplay...editing is good ...audience never scratched their seats of word 'boring'...Screenplay is tight and it has awesome movements and few suspense elements...the kid-Tony bonding is well shot.....
Weakness
Plot is like beating around the bush....few unrelated or say new characters oddly pulled into the movie just for renewing the iron man series..is a flaw and the story is wafer thin and the previous one had FIELD, Scarlett Johaanson,...what happened to that one.???3 D is jarring ...
Few flaws doesn't stop the summer action entertainer..Iron man 3 will be enjoyed by all age peoples who loves action with some great entertainment...fun ride ..a popcorn flick....
Verdict: 6/10(1 for Robert Downey Jr, 1 for casting & performance, 1 for Action , 1 for VFX, 1 for screenplay and 1 for Photography)
