Story
Movie starts with a title song where Prabhu deva dances in the streets of Paris crossing lover while their lovable foreplays-introduces the lead pair too. Kamal ( Ravi) a indian business man work day and night for eleven months and hang out in paris for a month vacation..with girls, drinks,pub dances the only thing he hates is falling in love for a girl. Kayal( Hansika) a indian born girl lives in paris with private deductive dad( Suman) falls in love at the first sight by seeing Kamal.
But Kamal handles her love playfully --treat her like a freaky roaming girl in Paris. She tries to convey & prove her love but fails has he gets back to India. After year, Kamal again comes for vacation to France and meet Kayal but this time she doesn't want to miss him. She makes Kamal Jealous of his old boyfriends --all drama done by kayal to use the weapon of possessiveness.Slowly Kamal is getting possessive about Kayal but gets the help of Deductive to find the boyfriends of Kayal...lands up with her father home.
Father gets all the information and beggs to kamal to leave her daughter as she is innocent...but allas kamal is in love with Kayal now..He leaves to India but could not concentrate on business..what happens is the rest ..
Strengths
Jayam Ravi never looked smart in the screen. He emotes well in the later half of the movie-his dance moves are zig- zag version of Prabhu deva. Hansika is the darling of the movie...she is bubbly and makes impression with her cute expressions, chubby looks and slick walks...costumes are uber chick for the lead pair.
Nirav shah is the hero of the movie capturing the france in various angle speaks most of the time about love rather of the dialogues. no doubt ....his camera work is Plus +++ for the simple story movie. Another hero is Harris ..all the songs are picturised asthetically...."Engeyum kadhal", "nanagai", "Nenjil","lolita"..is at his romantic best ...settles well with background of love capital ..
Weakness
Direction is Frivolous. The scenes between the lead pair doesnt get emotional and passes the mustre. It is very shallow and childish...Comedy portion is only okay otherwise the first half could have been much better if comedy is taken cared. It is Prabhu Deva.....man..no where in terms of dance choreogarphy EK,the movie stands out except Nangaai song..Choreography is just ordinary ....
The movie is just 2 hr and almost 8 songs takes away 40 min.. so less of the scenes as director believed more of photography-music-locations.but forgot to believe in story and strong script
Verdict: 3/10( 1 for lead pair, 1 for photography and 1 for music)
