kanna laddu thinna aasayaa movie review

      KLTA might be new for the current generation...but for those who had seen some 80s movie..being a Bhagayaraj fan..you will sure zig -zag this KLTA with Indru poi naalai vaa..classic comedy  movie which will not loose the spice for long years...

Story

         KK( Santhanam), Shiva( sethu) and power( Dr power star SRinivasan)..are three friends who live thier life by drinking, roaming and making fun of people in the town...but all of the sudden a New family comes opposite to Shiva house . Sowmiya ( Vishaka singh) a beautiful daughter of the family loves the place..All the three,now try to woo the girl with their qualities..KK joins to practise sangeetham with her uncle( VTV Ganesh) and Power joins for classic dance class with her father ... Shiva looks over the need for the house...

        With their love attitude , Sowmiya is sick of all the three..close friends , pull their own legs for a girl..but to come out of the trap, Sowmiya lie to them that she is in love already..what's after the lie? did they get her lover/ got married or she selects one among them? is revealed  in hilarious way..

Strengths

               It is Power star Srinivasan show all the way..he doesn't act, emote well, dance or uttering punches ..but  the whole screen/ theatre goes down whenever he is on the screen..it is scream...the innocence and doesn't act skill itself ..is a big plus for the movie...his intro , dance scene, donation, the climax scene will sure bring down the house..he is always pulled by Santhanam .but that has made sensation named Power star..silence but violent ......every body in the movie make fun of power..but that makes power star really a power star in KLTA..Santhanam is riveting with his one liners and punches..his timing comedy is  incomparable..he is at his best...sure it is cake walk role for him..and he even underplays /given full scope to Power and other cast...Sethu is fine for the first movie...

         Vishaka singh now got a break as Laddu girl..she looks cute and smiles beautiful...Kovai sarala, VTV ganesh, Master Shiva shankar, the brothers of Power are treat to watch ..Balasubramanian camera plays front role and is crystal clear for the comedy caper...music by Thaman is adequate for KLTA and two of the songs "Kanna Laddu" and "MAMA" are foot tapping...direction by Manikandan is good and has utilized his best cast .Santhanam maiden production venture is very much profitable..

Weakness

          Most of the scenes,knots and even dialogues are lifted from Indru poi movie..The team should have given some due respect to the story writer...Bhagayaraj...songs could have been better..though the film is fun and entertaining..it lacks some natural feel or say originality...


Every thing is well with Santhanam production KLTA marginally changed according to the latest trend..with Power storming all the way
