Strengths
Jeeva looked pretty smart in this movie . He has carried his photographer role with his astonishing performance. He has given a rich look,costumes-underplays it well.Though he shares with others it is Jeeva performance which stands out . Karthika eyes speak a lot and beautiful too but limited to her role. Pia score ahead than karthika as bubbly-chatter box ,in a cute-lovely role.Ajmal returns back with solid performance and he has equal footage to the hero. new lease of life for the handsome actor.other cast ensures the speed of the movie.
Richard .M Nathan is the real hero with some eye catching photographs in the green-lush location...Amali thumali, Ennamo thao...is amazing. audience claps for a song location and photography is rare ...you can enjoy . even the movie is shot in natural lights...Richard joins the league of front runner in DOP. Editing is good for a lengthy movie though no scenes are spared insignificant. Harri's strike gold once again in the songs "Ennomo etho" and "Ven paniye"
KV direction is fine , as handled the cast with ease. story, screenplay by the duo with KV is different in the journal background and the scenes are narrated in the interesting manner. Stunts by Peter gets a pat on his back.
Weakness
The movie though interesting moves little snail pace. songs are not placed rightly-acts as speed braker for the fast paced second half. Harries BGM could have been better. Karthika's costumes are not wow...Dance choreography lacks magic...Little reminds the Hollywood political thriller movie State of play,Ajith's Ji, Chiyaan Puthiya mannargal.Apart from some logic loop holes and cinematic scenes ..
Ko doesn't let you down.It is pretty good movie with fine story and making.
Verdict:6/10( 1for Richard, 1 for lead pair, 1 for Ajmal/Pia, 1 for songs, 1 for location and 1 for script,story and direction)
Movie canvas punch: Ko...get..set...go....
